1. Agreement

By using our service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Upload, store, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to breach security or overload our infrastructure
• Resell the service without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to process, transcode, store, and deliver your uploaded videos solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

6. Service Provided "As Is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made by ON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Backups and Data Loss

We are not responsible for loss of any content. You should maintain your own backups. We do not guarantee data retention beyond the term of your subscription.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
